Here we breakdown how we onboard Service Providers and the flow of taking jobs

Updates and Changes
  • Service Providers can, at any time, choose to add other Cars/Services they want to work on, but will need to re-certify for those selections.

Concierge Service Providers
Ongoing Expectations
  • Before each Job, make sure to have adequate materials (i.e. Enough Coolant or Torque Wrench doesn't need recalibration)

  • More details will be in provided documentation

  • Background Check will include providing proof of good standing driver's license and car insurance.

Service Provider Onboarding (After Account Creation)
  • To be certified, we need to begin two checks:

    • Background Check - For Customer Safety

    • Knowledge and Tool Check - For Job Ability

  • Knowledge and Tools will be based on:

    • Cars Models that are selected

    • Jobs that are selected

Once Certified, Service Providers can:
  • Toggle on/off Availability to receive Job Requisitions

  • Access the Job Dashboard to Accept Jobs

  • Access their Account to see Ratings, Job History, Accrued Pay and Cash Out Options
